This is an Excel file containing a comprehensive overview of the Russian beef and cattle industries. It comprises five spreadsheets with clear graphics and up to date information that will provide you with a full understanding of the structure and trends in Russia's cattle and beef industries. The first forecasts for 2017 are included in this analysis. In addition this file contains data and details of Russian livestock numbers as well as trends in production of the major meats.

The first spreadsheet provides explanatory notes and outlines what is contained on the following four sheets. This file provides a comprehensive analysis of the latest trends in the Russian beef and cattle industries.

The second spreadsheet provides the details of total Russian beef from 1988 including the first forecasts for 2017. The second spreadsheet also contains notes on each of the 9 GRAPHS identifying trends in the Russian industry. These notes are now provided under each relevant graph for ease of reference.

A graphic for each of the parameters showing the top countries in the world for that parameter (e.g. production, consumption etc.) is also included with comments accompanying each of these GRAPHS.

It includes opening dairy and beef cow numbers, live cattle imports and exports, calf numbers, total slaughter numbers and the ending inventory. The spreadsheet shows the annual changes from 2016 to the forecast for 2017. A graphic for each of the parameters showing the top countries in the world for that parameter (e.g. total numbers, slaughter numbers etc.) is also included. Again comments are provided with each of these GRAPHS.
