Lower, and even negative, interest rates and higher quantitative easing seem to result in higher asset prices and not in domestic consumption, as has been the historical expectation of such policies..

An "Interesting Trend" on page 7 looks at the destinations of Australia's total exports and the dominance of China in this trade.
